We engaged Ross to quote on a full repaint of our two-story home, which included repairing damage to our exterior timber cladding and tackling a particularly challenging strip-and-stain project on the front facade. From our very first meeting, Ross stood out for his excellent communication and sharp attention to detail. Unlike the three other companies we met with, Ross was unfazed by our brief and confidently assured us he could deliver the high-quality finish we were after. I'm proud to say that Ross didn’t just meet our expectations, He exceeded them! He kept us updated daily, provided expert advice throughout, and maintained open and honest communication at every step - even mid-way through the project when the weather decided it would rain for a few days straight. The end result speaks for itself and we are very pleased with the quality of the outcome. You might expect this level of service to come with a hefty price tag, but Ross was also surprisingly affordable. If you're reading this - We've been renovating for a few years and have worked with MANY trades, and after thoroughly vetting several painters, we can confidently say we've done the hard work for you. We went through the process of gathering multiple quotes (Including a detailed spreadsheet comparison) and Ross came out well ahead of the pack. I couldn't be more pleased with the results! Brad did a fantastic job fixing and refreshing the front and back of house areas of the venue. He took great care in preparing the space, ensuring everything was covered and protected before starting and was flexible working around our opening hours, completing the job in a timely manner. We appointed Ross and his team for a business job, painting a number of walls in our retail showroom, along with a completely raw, unfinished wall in our staff kitchen area.
