Payment Terms: We propose a payment schedule as follows: 20% deposit due upon acceptance of this proposal to secure booking and buy materials and paint to start the job. 30% progress payment due at midpoint of the project. Final 50% payment upon satisfactory completion of the painting work. We are open to discussing alternative payment arrangements.
