Heubert built us a fantastic Arbor made out of Merbau hardwood . He built the Arbor exactly as requested by us. His attention to detail was first class and completed in the time that he first indicated. A very professional and approachable young man. Would highly recommend him.

What are the terms of payment?
Payment Terms: Upon acceptance of this quote, a deposit of 10% of the total contract price is required to secure the project and initiate Home Building Compensation (HBC) cover, as mandated by NSW law. The remaining balance will be invoiced according to the following payment milestones: ● 10% upon acceptance of the quote (deposit). ● 15% upon commencement of the project. ● 25% upon completion of site preparations. ● 35% upon completion of the framing stage. ● 15% upon practical completion of the project. All payments are due within 2 days of invoice issuance. This quote is subject to a written contract compliant with the Home Building Act 1989, which will be provided upon acceptance.
