We have had the pleasure of using Bassetts on more than 1 occasion - yesterday we had to have a toilet replaced - not what one would consider a big job - but James came out and did his thing and I can honestly say without a doubt - he is the best - he is reasonable and a nice guy - but most of all he is punctual - a rare thing nowadays with other tradies.
