What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?

Why should I hire you over another business?
Not only are we highly professional and love to help out our customers, but our company was set up to provide apprenticeships for underprivileged youth. We are proud to have 9 apprentices currently employed at Abrik.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
We provide a minimum of 1 year guarantee on all our works.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
We specialize in all plumbing and roofing maintenance. We have drain cameras and jetters for cleaning drains. We also have in house gas fitters. No job is too large or too small.
How long have you been in the business?
The company was started 6 years ago, but the owner has been in the industry for 33 years. Plenty of time to gain experience and solve most plumbing issues.
Is your pricing competitive?
Our pricing is very competitive, although we are a company not a one man show; but with that you will get a quick turn around and legitimate warranties on all works. Just ask us for a quote and feel free to provide feedback. We believe you will be happy to work with us.
What are the terms of payment?
Smaller jobs will be payment on completion. Larger jobs we will need to do a QBCC home warranty and ask for a 5% deposit.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
We will happily come and help, we do provide an emergency hotline for all after hours calls.
