So refreshing to work with a team of tradies that genuinely added value and exceeded expectations. The Bear team were on-site for over a week and delivered much more than they outlined in the scope of works. It was a pleasure to talk to each member of the team as they arrived on time, early in the morning. They continually solved unexpected problems along the way and stayed well within the budget. Highly recommend. Bear — The perfect combination of flare and care.

Had a critical water leak in the wall behind a toilet pedestal which greatly concerned us. Contacted Bear Plumbing who scheduled Matt to attend to our problem. It was a tricky situation as the pedestal had to be removed to access the leak. Matt warned that the pedestal could potentially break as it was cemented to the tiled floor. He very skillfully lifted the pedestal without any damage and repaired and replaced all items extremely professionally. I will not hesitate to use Bear Plumbing in the future and can highly recommend their services to everyone.
