I am very disappointed with the job done. When getting a quote pointed out that my son had said no digging, no damage to the floor. Shannon said all ok, will fit in, but apparently I was expected to know that Back to the Wall would alter the placement of the Toilet. I am not a plumber & now have to hunt around & find flooring that will not look out of place. Shannon gave me a quote of $675, which I confirmed with him when I called him to give date of delivery. When I received the invoice I was charged plus GST. an extra $67.50. As I have said to him he thought that because I am an older female he could manipulate me, but I pointed out to him that I am not a plumber & know nothing about waste, water & back to the Wall. He has offered to refund the GST, that is up to him. I still have to hunt around to find flooring to repair the damage.
