Mark from APEX came out for a Bunnings toilet replacement job (via HiPages) two weeks ago. He was punctual, thorough, and did a great job. However, today I noticed a small leak, so I called APEX and spoke with Lisa. She informed me that their work comes with a lifetime warranty and quickly scheduled an urgent repair. Within three hours, Niko, another plumber from APEX, arrived and fixed the issue, which appeared to be related to the toilet itself. Niko is a legend - he explained the problem to me clearly and fixed it up. APEX has proven to be a very honest company, and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thanks to Lisa and the team!

We recently discovered a leak in our bathroom ceiling, likely due to Melbourne’s heavy rain, and had to search around for a roof plumber. Fortunately, we found Apex Trades. Graham, the gentleman who provided the quote, was very polite and knowledgeable, making the process easy and reassuring.
Rob and his team arrived right on time to do the job. They were professional and thorough, even showing us before-and-after photos of the roof to confirm the work done. The whole experience was seamless, and we felt well-informed and taken care of throughout.
I would highly recommend Apex Trades to anyone needing reliable and professional roof plumbing services. Great team, Graham, Rob and Liam in the office excellent service!
