Yes we offer lifetime guarantee on our works. This means if we at Precision Plumbing have damaged or installed something incorrectly. We will fix the problem at no cost. Any fault due to a manufacture issue will be reconciled with the manufacturer.

We specialise in all plumbing and gas works for residential, commercial, industrial, strata, maintenance and real estate.

Is your pricing competitive?
Yes are pricing is very competitive and reasonable.
What are the terms of payment?
For all maintenance and emergency jobs we require payment once work is completed. For other works that require multiple visits eg. Renovations, we require payment within 7 days once invoice has been sent.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
We are on call 24/7 for emergencies. Once you have informed us of your emergency, one of our team members will attend to you as soon as possible.
