Here at Soh Good Plumbing, we pride ourselves on being honest, reliable and hoping to bring more integrity to the industry. As a Plumber for more than 15 years experience. I have an attention to detail and making sure to be clean and tidy and treat your home like mine.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
There is a statutory warranty of 6 years on workmanship for my services and warranties on materials used are generally based on the manufacturer's information.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
All manner of residential plumbing, Troubleshooting and fault finding for plumbing issues, Renovations, Caravan Gas Installs and compliance.
How long have you been in the business?
I have been in the industry for more than 15 years
Is your pricing competitive?
My pricing is based on my vast expertise and what I judge as fair. I do not price match because I believe in the quality and detail of work I provide, which has always been superior in both ethic and pricing, compared to any other plumbing company and this is backed by the many reviews and clients I've dealth with.
What are the terms of payment?
Terms of Payment is 14 Days from Invoice / Job completion. I also accept cash or card payments at time of completion which is highly preferred.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
If an emergency arises from work that I have done, please call me ASAP and inform me of the situation and I will endeavour to attend within the day or advise on how to make safe the situation at the time. Additional costs for callouts will be incurred if the emergency is due to other factors by other contractors or works not performed by us.
