I sought a plumber through your Service as the tempering valve on our Hot Water Service had an ongoing leak. John, from JY Plumbing, recognized the urgency and arranged to come to our place on the next business day to fix the problem. He installed a new tempering valve and connecting flexible pipes that rectified the leak.
He did this efficiently and was most helpful in explaining the functions of the plumbing bits and pieces and in assisting me to fix a leaking kitchen tap.
