Very impressed by William's professionalism. We had a plumbing emergency and he came on the day I called, accurately diagnosed the problem, explained the options clearly and fixed the plumbing issue. There are some more steps for us to take yet and Will explained what these are, which will help when I contact shower tilers. Will also has a patient and personable manner which makes him easy to deal with. He was referred to me through a friend and I have saved his contact details in my phone! Thanks again Will!
