What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
As much information as possible in order to ensure our quotes are accurate. Typically, a member of our team inspects the site, discusses with the owner what they are looking to achieve and we provide a comprehensive broken down quotation so all is transparent. In cases of new builds or a project with a previous DA approval, the documentation is well specified.

Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
All our works are protected by home warranty insurance as well as holding public liability and contractors works insurance. Further, our standard defects liability period on most projects is 12 months from practical completion at a minimum.
