Dale was great to work with. During a very rainy week, Dale still managed to get out to our house and investigate our roof leak within 24hrs. He came back a few days later and completed a thorough clean up of our tiled roof and fixed the leak. Will definitely utilize this company again.

Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
Yes, Coastworks Roofing provides a guarantee on our workmanship for a period of seven (7) years from the date of commencement. This warranty covers any faults due to surface preparation or application of the roof coating system. Our guarantee includes: • Materials will not separate from the substrate they are applied to. • Materials will not substantially change in colour. • Any damage to your home, proven to be a result of our work, will be repaired free of charge. Please note that the guarantee does not cover defects caused by fair wear and tear, traffic damage, neglect, lack of proper maintenance, or any subsequent work performed on the roof. In certain situations, such as homes with trees that allow debris to accumulate on the roof, the warranty may not apply, as this debris can trap moisture and strip the roof paint. The warranty is transferable to any future owner of the property, provided Coastworks Roofing is notified in writing within 90 days of the title transfer. We also offer a 20-year warranty on Colorbond products, backed by the manufacturer. However, we do not warrant previously restored roofs due to the unknown products used in prior restorations.
