I accepted a quote from Apex Roofing, A Big Mistake. The gutter was Not installed properly. When it rains water stays in the gutter, until it Overflows and moves & bends the gutter. Also, a waterpipe was Not connected. I've been promised at least 3 times from Liam Jones, that all would be fixed. He now does not answer or return my calls and Refuses to send a receipt for the money I paid. $3,500.00.
