What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
We require enough information so I can give you a quote without any extra charges. The below list is preferable so I can ensure your quote and job will be complete in full faith: • Floor space measured • Photos of floor • The type of finish and style of floor you are after • Area that you live in (allows us to ensure we can get the job done in minimal days) • If your furniture needs moving • Any special requirements you may have and we will answer the following - o Time to complete o When you can utilize your area again o Care and maintenance of your floor
Why should I hire you over another business?
We are an independent business which provides a personal touch on each job, and make it a priority to get your floor complete within the appropriate amount of time and to have it looking just the way you want it. With over 17 years of experience, our knowledge and understanding of timber flooring and the maintenance of it is second nature. We provide a no obligation free quote where you can ask as many questions as you like without feeling pressured.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
Before I start any job, I will go through with each customer step by step on the flooring process and provide previous photos of what you floor will look like. If, by the end you are not happy with this, I am happy to come to an agreement to work out a way to have both parties happy. All information is approved by the client so they know the up to date progress.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
I specialise in timber flooring; whether that be old, new or needing a revamp. My 17 years has provided with me with a large knowledge base on floors and I continually study and learn about new ways to make this quicker, cheaper and environmentally friendly for all users. I have sanded and re-coated churches right through to small decking areas, anything is possible and if I don’t know, I will research until I find a way!

I have been in the timber flooring industry for over 17 years and been in business for over8 years now.
Is your pricing competitive?
all my pricing are competitive depending on the demands of each client and what is required.
What are the terms of payment?
7-day payment or payment due after final coat. All jobs are invoiced and full term is attached.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
We would do our best to get to your job as soon as we can to rectify the problem. Please ensure that depending on the job it may take a few days to rectify the problem.
