So far so good. Ivan is a lovely man to deal with. Not only is he doing my floors but he will also be installing the gyprock on the walls and ceiling too. He has been at my place a few times as we have three different floor finishes, needing to be joined together and also, as it’s an older home the levels are all over the place, so Ivan certainly has his work cut out for him. Preparation has been started on the floor which has been time consuming, getting the levels and stairs filled in but great to be started. He’ll be still working at my place next week too and then I’ll probably have other little jobs to finish off too. Some skirting needs to be put in the dining room and some doors need replacing too. His price has been reasonable and not over priced. Plus, I’m happy to be using a local small business.
