Coldbuster were very professional and helpful from the initial consultation through to the installation. We installed under floor heating on a polished concrete slab with the WiFi thermostat. I highly recommend them

Its been a year since this was installed in the bathrooms. Love it ! Customer service , right from getting a quote to installation was great. The floor heating is awesome, especially now with winter. We had the overhead heater lamps removed, and just the floor heating keeps it sufficiently warm. - K...

We take pride in offering top quality products and service at the most competitive pricing. It is also important to note that all our floor heating kits carry our own Coldbuster Floor Heating brand. We are extremely proud of the high quality and consistency of our products, developed over many years in close consultation with our manufacturing partner. Our strong opinion, as well as those of many of our repeat clients, is that the quality of our products is of the highest standard, and at the very least comparable if not superior to any alternative brand.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
Coldbuster provides a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty on floor heaters, a 3-year warranty on thermostats and a 1-year warranty on other items. Any liability of Coldbuster in connection with goods and/or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Coldbuster, be limited to: in relation to goods: the repair (where possible), replacement or refund of the price paid for the part at the time of purchase. In relation to services: a recommendation for the supply of services by authorized, independent, installation contractors. in relation to repairs: the location and repair of damage by authorized, independent installation contractors. Damage to goods by another party voids the Coldbuster guarantee. Repairs done to rectify such damage cannot be guaranteed and will be charged to the purchaser.

Is your pricing competitive?
Coldbuster consistently get feedback that our pricing is almost always the best. We say ‘almost’ as it can happen on occasion that we are presented with a lower priced competing offer. We never like to be beaten on price, so before considering reducing our price further we would need to compare like to like, as different suppliers often quote different size or type of heaters or types of thermostats, and some include installation and some don’t. Furthermore, unfortunately there are some substandard heaters and thermostats out there, and with little or no backup assistance provided and poor or no warranty. Therefore, if you can present to us evidence of a lower priced comparable quote, we will promise to beat it!
What are the terms of payment?
Quotations: prices are valid for 30 days from date of quote. Supply Only: payment required before shipping or pickup. All items are in stock (99% of the time anyway!), so delivery can be arranged as soon as payment is made. Depending on location, your items should typically arrive within a few days of being sent. We also offer express delivery when required. Installation: 50% deposit required before scheduling installation & 50% balance payable immediately upon installation completion or part thereof if applicable. Payment: can be made by credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Amex) at no extra cost or online direct deposit. Please refer to our website for our current standard terms and conditions and product guarantee.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
We do offer repair services usually during business hours. However, there is always a possibility for out-of-hours service as well, depending on time/day, location and availability.
