Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?

Every work is different and depends on what is involved. Varies from job to job.

Do you specialise in any work in particular?

We specialise in subfloor works. Restumping, Underpinning, level and packing. We also Do extension subfloor on stumps with bearers and joists ready for frame to go up. We also do Decking and Renovations such as remove old bathroom and replace with new bathroom. Any job to be “Spot On” give us a call.

Is your pricing competitive?

Yes we can try but you want quality work to be spot on. We can’t always beat a quote given as we treat your home as our home and provide top quality work.

What are the terms of payment?

Depends on the work. Normally 15% deposit, 80% before inspection and before pouring concrete then 5% on completion day we finish job.( All based on type of work. This is example for restumping and underpinning)

What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?

Depending what the emergency is. Owners need to be responsible and aware of any emergency that may occur. Owners are out of pocket for any extras that may occur. We Thank God in 23 years in our Family business we have never had a emergency happen on a job site as all our works are done in accordance to building regulations and Occupational Health and Safety.
