What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
For repairs, please provide photos of the indoor and outdoor unit nameplates/labels. For new installations, please provide photos of the preferred indoor and outdoor positions. We prefer to visit and inspect before providing quotes. This is free of charge and obligation.

For existing customers, we offer 7, 14 or 30 day payment terms. For new customers, service work and installations are due upon completion. For large installations, we may require a deposit before work commences.

All emergencies are treated as priority. We offer free advice over the phone at any time and will attend to emergencies as soon as possible.
