Based in Brighton East, we predominantly operate through Melbourne's Inner East and Bayside. From Bentleigh East through to Mulgrave, and across to Mount Waverley, Glen Waverley, Blackburn South, Box Hill, Camberwell, Malvern and all in between. What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
We normally begin with you sending over your plans so we can understand the site, before either an on site meeting or conversation regarding your requirements. Once clear, we will attend site and survey levels, scope feasibility and confirm all details required for us to give you a firm estimate for your works.
Why should I hire you over another business?
We take pride in our work, and give full care and attention to your project as if it were our own home. We project manage the works from start to finish, so you only need to talk to us, we handle all the noise and take the stress out of the process for you. We can offer details of previous clients for references and photos from previous works which show similar scope in order to reassure you of our quality as a contractor. Our work comes mainly from referrals, so we don’t advertise heavily.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
All works are covered by 2 year structural guarantee. We generally return to your site after 3 months to check and iron out any minor adjustments that may be required, and are always on hand should you need us for anything once your works are complete.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
We handle all hard and soft landscaping scope, including:- Concreting (exposed aggregate, coloured, plain, council footpaths and vehicle crossings), Decking, Turfing, Retaining Walls, Irrigation, Paving, Planting and everything in between. We ensure all items are built and installed properly and to engineered specifications, whether the works require inspection or not.
How long have you been in the business?
We have been operation since 2019, with our team of experienced landscapers, Concretors, Excavators and project managers all holding the required tickets and qualifications, along with full $20m Public Liability Insurance coverage.
Is your pricing competitive?
Yes, when compared with other high quality contractors, we maintain a very competitive pricing structure, and aim to take into account any potential contingencies required, so as to remove the need for variations throughout the works duration.
What are the terms of payment?
Each project is different and requires a different payment structure. Typically we may break the works into 3 or 4 stages, with progress payments at each stage of the scope, ensuring transparency throughout and giving you peace of mind.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
We are always available and on hand for our clients. Should any emergency require attention, we will treat it with utmost priority. We treat your home as ours during works, and aim to minimise inconvenience as much as possible.
