All jobs come with a workmanship guarantee: • For renovation, tiling, and waterproofing projects, the warranty is up to 3 years, depending on the job and materials used. • For smaller handyman or repair work, the warranty is usually 6 to 24 months. If any issue related to my workmanship appears during that time, I’ll come back and fix it at no cost to you. My goal is to make sure you’re completely happy and confident in the quality of the finished work.

Yes — I specialise in complete bathroom renovations, including full demolition and preparation work. That means I handle everything from: •Removing old tiles, walls, bathtubs, and fittings •Demolishing and clearing the existing bathroom •Preparing and levelling floors and walls for new finishes •Waterproofing, tiling, grouting, and silicone finishing •Plus small carpentry and handyman work when needed I also take on other home improvement projects such as laundry and kitchen renovations, paving, and general repairs. My focus is on clean, safe demolition and high-quality finishes, making sure the new space is ready for a perfect rebuild.

What are the terms of payment?

My payment terms are simple and transparent: • A small deposit is usually required to secure the booking and cover initial materials or preparation. • The balance is paid upon completion of the work, once everything has been checked and you’re happy with the result. • Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash, whichever is easier for you. Every quote clearly lists the total cost and payment stages, so there are no hidden fees or surprises.

What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?

If there’s ever an emergency or something unexpected comes up after the job, I take it very seriously. You can contact me directly, and I’ll do my best to attend as soon as possible — especially if it’s something that could cause damage or needs urgent fixing (like a leak, movement, or safety issue).
