Highly recommend Logan Air & Electrical. Jacob installed 4 new split system air conditioners at our new house. He did great work; friendly, professional, good communication and fair price.

I contacted Logan Air and Electrical a few days before Christmas as my air conditioning unit developed a fault. Had Jacob come out the same day and fixed the issue. Great service and polite. Would recommend

- Great to talk with - Awesome customer service - They will come out and quote within the time frame given. If not earlier - If any issues/delays, they will advise you as early as possible. And they will provide you with an understanding all the way through the process

Jacob agreed to take on an installation job that others said was too challenging, and I'm glad he did ! Very professional, worked quietly and efficiently, explained everything clearly, and cleaned up afterwards (not that there was any mess anyway!) I would highly recommend

What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
To quote accurately, please indicate if job is install, service, or repair. We can often quote after a quick chat and details below without a site visit if you prefer. For aircon: 1. include indoor/outdoor photos for location of new units (unit photos and model labels for replacements or repair) 3. building plans (ducted) 4. brand preferences, budget, and timeframe. For electrical: 1. photos 2. product preferences, budget and timeframe. We always offer 2+ quote choices to suit your needs.

Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
Yes, all our work is backed by a workmanship guarantee, and we only use reputable products covered by manufacturer warranties. Your satisfaction and safety are our priority. All our services come with report and clear invoicing for warranty purposes.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
Yes – we specialise in residential and commercial air conditioning (split systems and ducted), electrical installations fit outs, switchboard upgrades, and repairs and maintenance. We also handle emergency breakdowns, and compliance testing. We also can assist in helping with any warranty issues on any products we have installed if purchased through Logan Air & Electrical.
How long have you been in the business?
We began as Logan Air Conditioning in 2014 and evolved into Logan Air & Electrical in 2024 to reflect our expanded services. Though the name has changed, our commitment hasn’t — we’re fully licensed, insured, and backed by decades of experience in both air conditioning and electrical. We take pride in honest advice, quality workmanship, and doing the job right the first time.
Is your pricing competitive?
We offer fair, transparent pricing and aim to deliver the best value for quality work. While we may not always be the cheapest, we never cut corners – and our repeat customers know it’s worth investing in a job done properly.
What are the terms of payment?
For residential jobs (excluding servicing, maintenance and repairs not requiring the ordering of parts), we require a 50% deposit upfront, with the balance due on completion. Commercial projects are quoted with deposits and progress payments as agreed. We accept bank transfer, card, and also offer AfterPay on approved jobs over a set amount — just ask us for details.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
If you have an emergency or urgent issue, please call us directly. We prioritise our existing clients and maintenance customers and will always do our best to attend as soon as possible or talk you through next steps. While we don’t offer after-hours callouts just yet, we’re working towards introducing this service soon.
