I could hear a hissing sound around my shower. Shane came in with no hesitation got under the floor and found the issue to be easily accessible and easy to replace. I can't recommend enough.

Freedom Plumbing and Gas is a one man band, fully licensed and insured, and I have over 17 years experience. You will not have an apprentice that will attend 6 times over for a simple job that only needs one, and one only attendance. We are also fairly priced and reasonable as we know how much cost of living is, and also want to do right and be fair by our customers.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
Absolutely. If there are any issues with our work, we will come back and rectify this. We always guarantee our quality and professionalism of our work, and always want to make sure our customers are happy with our job, like we are.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
We are specialists in the below - Type A gas appliance work This includes gas rental safety checks, carbon monoxide testing and appliance servicing, repairs and replacement. And replacement of hot water systems. -Backflow prevention This is for the hazardous contamination that may enter our drinking water, this ranges from hospitals to domestic dwellings that have bidets, inground water tanks etc installed. -Our services include annual testing, form submission, repairs and replacement.

Is your pricing competitive?
Our pricing is upfront and visible for the client. A complete breakdown is given upon request. This is all carried out prior to payment of the invoice

Direct deposit, Cash
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
We will charge a fee of $360 + GST to attend immediately. There is no benefit for us as we will always discount the original client that scheduled an appointment with us for the disruption.
